Why should you download these scores?

The analysed downloadable scores above are an excellent resource for music teachers to print out and copy for their students.  Students can then add their own annotations to the scores and can keep them for revision purposes.  

They are also an excellent idea for performers to use so that they can follow the structure as they play.  Getting to know the structure of a piece is vital to a performer's understanding and therefore shaping of the music.

Chamber ensembles greatly benefit from discussing the structure of a piece so that the players all have the same idea about how the piece should be played and therefore have a greater chance of playing as one.

A student wishing to improve their score-reading skills should print these out and practise reading through as they listen.  This could be done after watching the video several times as a guide.

Anyone wishing to get to know these pieces better would benefit from having their own score.
